Amazon and ecommerce operator, 15+ years. Background and track record, for anyone who wants more than the one-liner.
I started out flipping real estate, then moved into private-label Amazon in 2014. I co-founded my first brand, TruWire, and scaled it to $200K/month in sales — sourcing from China, building the listings, running the ads, managing inventory, all of it. From there I spent years helping other sellers do the same thing: product research through launch through profitable PPC, for more than 100 brands.
Somewhere in the last few years the work shifted. Instead of just running the channel by hand, I started building the AI systems to run it. Today I do both — operate real Amazon and Shopify businesses, and build the tools that let one person do what used to take a team.
I run the Amazon channel end-to-end for a portfolio of FBA brands — PPC, listings, catalog, launches, and P&L — so the founders behind them can step out of day-to-day Amazon operations. One Amazon brand I manage the channel for grew net sales 142% and profit 226% month-over-month, with margin climbing from 26% to 35%, while spending its ad budget more efficiently, not less. A Shopify and TikTok Shop client put it simply: "professional, thoughtful, and easy to work with the whole time."
Before that, I co-founded and scaled TruWire, a private-label Amazon brand, to a peak of $200K/month — supplier negotiation, logistics, listing, ads, scaling, the full lifecycle, with a small remote team. I've since supported 100+ brands through that same arc: product research, China sourcing, launch, and PPC profitability, building repeatable systems so each launch was less of a gamble than the last.
The newer half of the work is building the AI systems that run the operational side of a business. I built and run a self-rebuilding profit dashboard and Slack analyst bot for an Amazon brand — it pulls from their real sales data, tracks inventory runway SKU by SKU, and flagged roughly $8,500/month in profit sitting in stockout-prone products nobody was watching.
I also build and operate my own Shopify apps, live in the App Store: AutoInvoice (auto tax-compliant order invoicing), ShipGuard (self-insured shipping protection at checkout), and Wishlist (save-for-later with back-in-stock and price-drop alerts).
And I run my own consulting work the same way — a custom ops system (Claude Code and Python) spanning Shopify, Meta, Gmail, and Amazon that handles automated reporting, margin-protection pricing, and daily-ops bots, so one operator does the work of a team.
Between 2015 and 2023 I also served as Senior Pastor of a church in Louisiana — preaching and pastoral care, plus running the staff, budget, and day-to-day operations of the congregation. When Hurricanes Ida and Zeta hit, I stood up and ran a two-year daily relief operation: hundreds of volunteers, food and clothing distribution, home rebuild crews, and $1M+ in rebuilding logistics — inventory, procurement, warehousing, delivery — working directly with national relief organizations.
Before ecommerce, I ran a fix-and-flip real estate business, buying, financing, renovating, and reselling 20+ properties — my first venture building owned, income-producing assets.
